1. What kind of products do you sell?
At Digi_You, we offer 100% digital products, including Windows and Office license keys, gaming keys (Steam, Origin, etc.), VPN accounts, and more.
2. How will I receive my product after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, your digital product will be delivered to your email within a few minutes. Make sure to enter a valid email address during checkout.
3. Are your products original and guaranteed?
Yes! All keys and accounts are original, tested, and guaranteed to work. We also provide support in case of any issues.
4. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are fulfilled automatically within 5–30 minutes. In rare cases, it may take longer, and we will contact you if there’s any delay.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, contact us—we’ll help you with alternative payment options (bank transfer, crypto, etc.).
6. Can I get a refund or exchange?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the code has been delivered. However, if the key/account is not working, we will send you a replacement.
7. I didn’t receive my key/account, what should I do?
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received anything after 30 minutes, contact us immediately with your order number.
8. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and receive special offers.
9. Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes, PayPal automatically converts the price to your local currency. If you face any issues, feel free to contact us for help.
